The first batch of cups were flawed. The customer service responded quickly and send me new cups. The new ones are in good condition.

The first batch received was bad quality of print. Customer service responded quickly and shipped another batch with good quality.

Just as advertised
I am very pleased with my purchase. The item arrived just as advertised with every detail on the patch in perfect alignment with the logo used on Three's Company for Jack's Bistro restaurant. Being a long-time and huge fan of Three's Company, I have to admit to being overtaken by excitement when received. I am currently having this special patch embroidered onto a lunch tote.
